I am sure Corgis would eat swan if fed to them. Most dogs will eat any meat.

Swans get killed and maimed all over the country - write to the RSPCA and ask for statistics you may be shocked? One in a park near me had it's wing ripped off by a dog - though I hear the swan is still alive in a sanctuary. Dog attacks are regular all over the place.

The swans on the Thames are owned by the Queen and the Vintners Company, the ownership is noted and the swans identified during "Swan Upping" which is done sometime around now. Swans on private land belong to the owners of that land.
