Thinking the same myself Jaysay, you ask a simple question and get a rude reply? don't doubt a lot of us were wondering.
Why put that on if you didn't expect people to ask:confused: Should have pmed the person in the first place. :)

Re: Britannia Pub

I ended up at the Brit today, due to the Redcap been closed "Technical Diffs" it said. Not having time to go over the grane road,to the duke, I called in here.
Walked in and it smelt beautiful, got a beer and waited to order...time to order...2 x carvery, hostess says " no carvery we only open 2hrs during the day, to much waste" okay we settle for fish and chips.

this comes 10mins later,it looked good whole hearty plate, consisting of 1/2 plate of fish 1/4 plate chips and a 1/4 plate mushy peas....ummmmmmmmmmmm

well 2 bites in and the fish is cold on the inside,so went for the peas. Again they were cold, well luke warm, the chips HOT, it was 1pm so even if the food was cooked for 12pm surly they could of kept it warm for a hour??? well upon being asked if I was happy I said no and explained...the reply was do I want something else to which I declined. At that moment my guest also stated his food wasn't cooked, and as the waitress came walking by told her to remove his food. After a chat, and a beer for me coke for him. Waitress appears will a bill £3.50." I have only charged you for 1 meal" she says...due to my guest paying and me not being able to say something...I say now AVOID AT ALL COST..2pm we left, never to return
