In case you haven't noticed the right for Alex to have the swastika as his Avata has not been taken away from him or he wouldn't have it would he?

That however takes nothing away from the fact that he is only trying to stir things up, which he is being very successful at, what a shame he has nothing better to do!

:o

Thats pretty much exactly what democracy is yeah. :p

No it isnt though, hence why we dont have the death penalty for paedophiles. Try reading chapter 1+2 of Constitutional law, administrative law and human rights by ian loveland. You'll find something very different that just an assumption that implementing whatever the people want is a democracy.

The constitution of this country stops man acting with passion and revenge, because it isnt the correct way to do things in a civilised country. Nevermind though, I've got to get up in the morning for lectures and I dont want to be tired for no productive reason.

And that pretty much goes to show that the wisest on the forum havent actually studied anything to do with jurisprudence and the constitutional law before to actually have a clue what your talking about.

You've made my day :D

Democracy is what I said it was. You're taking the UK as an example which is not a pure democracy as our representatives decide things on our behalf, hence thats the reason we don't have the death penalty. In a pure democracy the majority do rule over the minority.

Also, trying to judge someones wiseness based on them not reading some Law books that you've clearly misunderstood, or fail to express in the correct terms, is really silly.

There isn't really a symbol that can symbolise everyone that died in the holocaust I dont think, so its not quite as black and white as using, for example, a poppy for those who died in the war.

Not only is this BS, it is inarticulate BS:eek:
