If you notice Mick has reduced the size and quality of the pic of me, (that's something I never expected to see quality & me in the same sentence).

When I first posted it I thought, Hmmm, that piccy is a bit big should I reduce it? Then I thought Nah, it will give a long suffering administrator something to do.

Nope we have an Administrator for that, It was only too big to fit the other piccy alongside it that was all.:)
