Defenceless , how long have you been away? I was attacked by them in the Railway a few weeks back. No wonder Mick thinks kids should be banned from pubs :D

You really must be blind and have a terrible memory, I just mentioned her boyfriend and she attacked me - your fault for mentioning it when she was not listening :p

mmm now I think about it, it was your fault for telling me :D

It was ok though, Less looked at them and they ran away and hid :D

I don't know his real name, just the one her Mum teased her about. If I told you she would kill me if I ever see her again.

(ask her Mum I am sure she will tell you ;) )

Today I met a none accywebber...

Mick and I were doing some serious research when a relative of an accywebber came over to join us.
She brought with her a young, (compared to us), friend, we had a good natter for about an hour, and we worked out during this short period she was in an advanced stage of 'foot in mouth syndrome', but no matter she was whimsically amusing and a nice enough person.

Then Mick announced that he was going to do some shopping then going home, he finished this statement with, "I'll see you at the usual time", (meaning 12ish tomorrow).

The young lady went very quiet and a mused look appeared on her face. "so", she said, "how long have you two been a couple"?

My turn for a confused look as I attempted between snorts of laughter and beer running from my nose, yes, she caught me with precise timing just as I was about to swallow a mouthful, (no doubt you ladies know the feeling).

I then had to explain, no, we aren't a couple he's going home to his wife and then we will meet tomorrow for another drink.

Must try to deepen my voice, something is going wrong somewhere.

:D

Obviously makes me look like a women's front bottom!

(Just so long as my beard never smells like one, I'll be alright).
