The parole system in Accrington seems to be getting a bit lapse. I've just had some lunatic in a wheelchair from Oswaldtwistle trying to bang the shop door down

I heard a story about some lunatic in an armoured car (I think that bit was a flight of fancy), trying to batter his way into a number of establishments in Accrington the other day.
