.... Everyday’s a holiday for the Wizard of the Withering Retort and scourge of superstore checkout operatives throughout the town.

What you really mean is that neither of us pass your muster.
That comment will not bother Cashy one little bit.....as for me......well, thankfully, I do not need to rely on you to tell me whether I pass muster.

Watch out Less, the conscience of the forum will be along soon to lambast you for some perceived crime against morals.

What a very unstable place it must be up in that ivory tower he has constructed on top of the very large pedastel with the only materials that he has at hand, his over-inflated and petty ego.

However the view from up there must be magnificent, not only of Accrington nor even East Lancashire, but he has all the answers to put the whole World to rights and we are lucky enough to have him observe and comment on the faults of we mortals. It's just a shame that for a man that can be so generous with his advice, he seems just a little too selfish to stick a few pictures on here so we can look in envy at the grand vista he imagines he has of everyones faults except his own.

They are no doubt locked deep in the dungeon of his mind, never to be displayed, along with modesty and a need of friendly companionship.

He should not be criticised for this but swamped in sympathy from all the real caring human beings there are in the World.

Come on everyone, let's have a virtual group hug and show him that he, like a boil really does matter.
:)

Bless you DtheP47 may all you troubles be of your own making, hug, hug.
;)

Would I? Hell's teeth my dear fellow! Merely saying, you're just your average sort of chap! :)

Mind you, should you choose to indulge in certain dubious pursuits ........... Folk singing, Morris dancing, re-enactment societies & suchlike well so be it, as long as it's all kept behind closed doors & between consenting adults. :D

They should also be kept away from ale houses, why do these people carry their own tankards fastened to their belts? God you get behind a crowd of them and you never get served, each of them is always checking their own well thumbed copy of the Camra guide as if they actually know what they are drinking.
