I'd have thought he'd have found another site to post about Mrs. Meldrew bouncing cheques, then getting all grumpy when everyone gave useful advice so it didn't happen again.

Perhaps it's just everything else that is better abroad...just not internet forums.

I also think the production company for this new On the Buses would struggle getting insurance for someone of such advanced years. I read recently it's a problem for them on Last of the Summer Wine.

I wonder how many people would accept their wife being called Mrs Meldrew............That's the arrogant bit.
My wife had a cheque returned for the sake of 30p....He still thows this in two years or more after the event......That's the ignorant bit.
I think the headline chasing bit is self evident.
I go to my bed in the knowledge that my insurance is paid up even at my age............I think his comment about that is arrogant and ignorant.

It was actually 23rd June 2007 when you posted about the cheque, I thought Spain was actually one hour ahead of the UK, not one year
