Hours of Christmas fun

For Sale

For sale, a pre-tangled un-boxed set of christmas tree lights Guaranteed to have a minimum of three-none working bulbs.

This family heirloom has been handed down from father to son for at least three generations it has been known to cause the 'Christmas Stare', that glazed look that occurs when you have over indulged in the pretence of enjoying yourself.

It has kept many minds occupied for longer than a Rubix cube!
Please, Genuine offers only!

What other Traditional Christmas 'must haves', do we always bring out during the season of goodwill?

N.B. The above lights are not a true representation of the real article!

Re: Hours of Christmas fun

Yep, I've got a couple of sets of them! Just love that untangling session - gives me a warm glow just thinking about it!

Christmas must haves - rushing out for that last minute present that you forgot! Realising as you're serving the Christmas dinner that the parsnips are still on the tray waiting to go in the oven! Finding out that you've run out of selotape on Christmas Eve! Visiting a creepy Santa that you know you shouldn't let your kids even talk to! Watching your loved ones open a present that you know you've got exactly the same thing for them still hiding under a tree! Need I go on?

Why do we do this?

I don't even remember you being at the christmas meet that Mick played Santa but you described him so well!
