i bake a lot too, tend to bake more in the summer for some reason though, i always have flour in my cupboard

My pancake batter is 'resting' in the fridge.......made from scratch.....by that I mean no ready mix for me.
The tinlids will be having the pancakes as dessert after a tasty Lancashire hotpot.

i forgot!!!! and as i dont eat eggs unless theyre fried and in a butty wi sausage and bacon and tomato .. i dont buy them .... as theyd go off otherwise ...

only had 8 pancakes this Tuesday all home made by me though
i did make sure i got the right recipe though as i made some pancakes on Sunday just to make sure i could still make them had 8 then too

Oh while i was making the pancakes i noticed we had loads of eggs and oranges in so i also baked a "Orange drizzle cake "

The tinlids gathered in the kitchen hoping that when I flipped the pancakes they would either stick to the ceiling or fall on the floor......happily, I was a 'flipping' marvel......and they tucked into pancakes with strawberries, cream, and strawberry sauce.....nothing as common as lemon juice and sugar.
