Lavender oil in bath stuff , milky drink, no caffeine or other stimulants, and a clear conscience.
Ps I sleep like very well. Never needed any help, though I have heard Bach remedies are good.

i have sleepin problems since my sister passed away , now iam totally dependent on sleepin pills , but some times i still can,t sleep even after talkin them , and im talkin about 5-6-7 in the mornin , there is nothin more i can do to help with sleepin tryed everythin even alcohol and talkin sleepers and sometimes that don,t work , so i just have to live with it ,

be careful with sleeping tablets, i had a friend that got dependant on them and started taking more and more of them to sleep, eventually taking so man that we couldnt wake him up and called and ambulance, the doctors said that they see alot of sleeping tablet overdoses, most commonly zopliclone (think thats what it was called anyway)
