Hahhah - living in a condo that's true, except the grounds staff have been a bit tardy this year. My elderly neighbour's front door has been inundated with leaves. I've been been helping her out. Can't have the old dear disappearing :)

Bored this afternoon waiting for the super moon to show I thought I would try a bit of modification to a couple of photos. Normally I just use my camera on manual and try to get the best results. I think a lot of good photos are spoilt by over cooking the contrast or highlighting colours so these are just for fun.

Resizing from Raw hasnt helped either.

The Menai bridge does look really well on A3 paper though.

Hope you are having a fine time taking in lungfuls of that fine Welsh air.
I like both of those pics.

Not so much a set of sunset pictures more a selection of silhouettes.

I took the bridge a few weeks ago Margaret and posted it on here. I was just messing about with it today.
The other is the reservoir at the top of Blackstone Edge taken two weeks ago and once again highly modified today.

I doubt we will get back to Anglesey again this year. Too much going on with the new house which is near completion.

And there was me thinking you were having a little Welsh break.
Hope all goes well with the house.

Thanks Margaret. There is a big summer house south facing with veranda.
Ideal for my lady friends art studio.
We are still keeping this bungalow though.
All the new furniture is paid for and waiting delivery.
Exciting times for two older age pensioners.

I am sure it feels like Christmas has arrived early.
Enjoy it, both of you.

You can`t learn without experimenting but it`s all just a bit of fun/artistic license though, not to be taken too seriously.

I don't take it serious, I have messed about with the software a few times and know how to use it. I normally use the software to edit and convert Raw files. I like to take three using bracket and then merge them to get the best out of them. I bought the software a few years ago. It needs a tripod and remote shutter to get the best out of it, even using mirror up setting to elimate shake.

I`ve tried HDR too, not done it much for a while, if I remember correctly last one was an old train carriage.
Turns out I did three - post#12556 on this thread (page 838),I try to get it in one shot where I can though.
