Re: Mirtazapine tablets

I was on some tablets once that had side effects listed...amongst them were diarrhea, constipation and some confusion

well I think that would be confusing enough if you had first two then you would definately have the latter :D

Re: Mirtazapine tablets

I have found that side effects can be worse that the symptoms they are supposed to treat. I need daily painkillers and there are no herbal substitutes for them, but would prefer to avoid all prescription meds if I could.
Unfortunately some people cannot survive without them.

Re: Mirtazapine tablets

Think if I saw a list of side effects like that I would be very wary of taking the tablets. I know they have to list possible side effects but that list would put me off big time!!

Re: Mirtazapine tablets

its put me off a bit, but i will give them a try, as long as they dont have a sedative in them like the others i aint bothered :D

Re: Mirtazapine tablets

There is a herbal alternative to St Johns Wort - it is produced from griffonia seeds and is called 5HPT
5-HTP and the Serotonin Connection - Depression and Anxiety
but read carefully before considering taking it because ANY herbal remedy can conflict with some prescribed drugs
