No, don't panic, ya don't get rid of me that easy :D

I went to the doctors yesterday because I kept getting head aches.

He did my bloody pressure and pulse and said that my pulse was a little racy.

He said I was suffering from stress, and asked me to take these tablets for a while and see if they help.

Not sure if they are helping or not lol, probably will have to wait and see when I have been on them for a while.

You have to be very careful with them Slinky, don't stop taking them unless your doctor tells you to.

Yes it says that on the box Bernie. I'm not taking them for a heart condition though, I think it is more in heart conditions that they say things like that.

My friend took Beta blockers to pass her test. She only took them for a week, it was just to calm her nerves enough to get through it. And she passed 2nd time. It was just her nerves that kept letting her down.

Beta blockers slow down the heart rate which is why they are prescibed for some heart ailments.

If anxiety is causing your pulse rate to increase due to the extra adrenalin anxiety gives you, then this is a way of controlling anxiety

Yes I was just thinking that, he started on them when he was in Blackpool Victoria so it sort of fits that his anxiety levels would be high!!

Re: Mirtazapine tablets

I wasn't really keen on the idea of taking them really. But if the doctor thinks they will help, then I will give them a bash.

If they don't agree with me, then I will go back to the docs and ask advice.

I will tell you something funny though. It says on the leaflet, may
cause vivid dreams :D

I slept well last night, but dreamed I was going out with this man

Which is very weird as I don't even fancy him in the slightest. But it was a very odd dream. I remember we had to go through a Bingo hall to get to his house. VERY WEIRD DREAM :D
