Maybe it would be a good idea to have the name of the firm here. Local shops have been named on here so I can't understand why the mods have removed the name of this possibly dodgy company as it could be an important warning for others.

Sounds to me like this outfit need taking off the providers books. Am sure most decent senders will not be happy about their attitude. It stinks, thay are being paid to provide a service which at best can only be described as sub-standard!!

Don`t worry Willow....they are legit and i received just one of my parcels today...they just provide a very poor service and their attitude stinks , the bloke who owns the place spoke to the wife and was very offhand,smarmy and unprofessional he just would`nt listen, they were in the right and we were just idiots......:(

They are`nt as rude as i`m making out.....they are RUDER , believe me, hopefully though they just had it in for us.......well they will have now anyway....!!!!

To be honest I think the fella just went on the phone and said can I collect it today

So don't think redelivery was even mentioned
