Avoid this Couriers......
 

At all costs......if you are awaiting a delivery and you get a card through your door from these idiots it will cost you a fortune in phone calls and you may never see you`re parcel....its a long story but i`ve been told different stories and led a merry dance on the phone this week by these clowns...they even accused me of lying when i said i was in and working in the front garden all day so its impossible i missed them......they are a franchaise and preston based so just be aware.........:mad:

The `owner` even `terminated his conversation`(as he put it) with my wife and would`nt listen to her......We have never dealt with such rude unprofessional people in our lives.....AVOID

They won`t tell me ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we have a couple of things due but apparently we are not allowed to know what THEY are delivering.....!!??

May God Help You............you will probably be ok but its a long complicated story but after speaking to the person who calls himself `the owner`, he has no person or customer relation skills.......i might even contact the Lancashire Evening Post......!!!

The firm who you bought from need telling that the courier they use is rubbish.

The fastest and best I have found is DHL - 2days to get from California, and you can track the parcel on its way via Wilmington Ohio, Birmingham airport, Manchester depot and then on the van for delivery.

They told me and then my wife very rudely they will not be coming again....none of the tracking numbers match the cards they left and in answer to you`re second question......i must have been wearing my invisibility cloak again..........:rolleyes:
