However, I suspect that because you take your first cat into the bedroom then shut the door, the new cat is trying a dominance thing.
Either let it in the bedroom or shut both out, the new cat will learn it's place when your first one gets annoyed with it.
At least then you'll only have blood and guts to clean off the carpet.
we'll have less of the 'supplied BY' it was more 'supplied VIA' thankyou very much

Lady Lemonade decided when she got here to sleep on Reece's bed so i dont reckon the bedroom thing has anything to do with it, she just likes trashing my house....the bin, the wallpaper, the carpet etc

If Lady Lemonade can still smell we(and remember her sense of smell is far superior to ours) she will revisit the spot and wee again, mistaking that bit of your lounge carpet for the little girls room...so bi-carb it some more and steam it as well...then put a few moth balls down in the place(or a sprinkling of white pepper).......it should help.

If she still keeps visiting that corner, why no put a cat litter tray there, ond plonk her in it to show her. Otherwise shoot the bloody cat.

The blood would be harder to clean up...there is no such thing as a little bit of blood!

I could never do that.....I love my cat!
My husband drips on the pedestal mat, but I wouldn't get rid of him either.
We have to accept that with animals you sometimes get little accidents...and deal with them.

Well...... I steamed the carpet, bought a huge box of bicarb, put that down, put a whole tub of white pepper down too, and she's done it again, twice, does anyone want a cat cos I give up

Shoot it! Seriously though have you tried a litter tray to see if the cat will use it. I know you can get toilet training pads for dogs, but I have never seen them for cats

i have 2 litter trays (cat toilets) she uses that, i have cut most of the underlay out now and steamed the carpet again, it's not smelling too bad at the moment, until she does it again

All this bother over a dammed cat, you already have one, why don't you get rid of at & cut your losses, is it really worth all that trouble.
Your just proving that cats don't have owners, they just have servants.

Retlaw, you have to be a cat lover to really understand...and you obviously aren't one...so it is pointless trying to explain.
(I say this with the greatest respect).

and you are right, you never really do own a cat.

Cats were once worshipped as gods. Cats have never forgotten this.

And here I am, eating breakfast on my front porch, sharing my bacon with Toby (he owns my neighbour) ... he likes his bacon with maple syrup. Life seems so much easier to handle when one shares it with animals: my dogs, my cats, Iggy the squirrel, and Raquel and Arbuckle the coons. A couple of nights ago, a young skunk crept onto the porch to munch on the food I put out for the strays. I sat VERY quietly. It ate and left without spraying. The smell of cat pee can't compete with skunk. If it becomes a regular, I'll have to come up with a name. Just hope that a cat or a coon doesn't come along and startle it.
