The question is "what did you watch when you was a nipper?" Not what children's programs did you watch? :D

I don't recall any "kids" programs from the 60's - do recall Playschool and Rainbow and Magic Roundabout from the 70's didn't really watch them though.

I used to love watching Basil Rathbone in Sherlock Holmes, also liked Ty Hardin who was Bronco Lane in cowboy series and Rawhide good job I liked em cus livin wi three big bros I had no choice but to watch em.( is it any wonder I was a Tomboy as a kid if ya can't beat em join em I say)happy days.

Can't remember if we did the early stuff, if not Rag, Tag and bobtail. No clue whatsoever when this was on I just remember it!

When I was a nipper I watched the clouds and the buses go by and the folks going to work 'cause we had no telly.

Most of us all watched the same things back then (Alias Smith and Jones - A-Team - Top of the Pops) and when they finished we all went out to play again - these days they don't go out to play like we did - but sit glued to a console, computer or TV!
