There is no excuse for this sort of behavior, if he had been a Liverpool Player or Luis, Barrie would have been straight on here.
At least he got a Yellow Card for it.

Merry Christmas one & all (even the Mankies :D) & here's your prezzie! ;)

Scousers top of the table at Christmas since I don't know when - Oh of course that was one of those years when La Crème won the title;)
Must admit the scousers are getting some great results, arguably all down to the nibbler. Better hope they feed him well before every match so that he doesn't go for a hat trick of biting offences:eek:
What a great comeback for Stanley - guess they borrowed some Fergie Time:D
Hypoxia time at Deadwood, they must be close to their highest position this season, they will be getting nose bleeds as well:rolleyes:
Should be an interesting holiday period, some cracking games scheduled, only time will tell who is really in for the title:o
Wishing all our readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy & Prosperous New Year:alright::D

Re: Mancie's Thread - The Road to the Titles

Since football was invented in 1992-1993....

The team top of the Table at Christmas and how they finished.

1993: Norwich City - 3rd.
1994: Manchester United - won.
1995: Blackburn Rovers - won.
1996: Newcastle United - 2nd.
1997: Liverpool - 4th.
1998: Manchester United - 2nd.
1999: Aston Villa - 6th.
2000: Leeds United - 3rd
2001: Manchester United - won.
2002: Newcastle United - 4th.
2003: Arsenal - 2nd.
2004: Manchester United - 3rd.
2005: Chelsea - won.
2006: Chelsea - won.
2008: Arsenal - 3rd.
2009: Liverpool - 2nd.
2010: Chelsea - won.
2011: Manchester United - won.
2012: Manchester City - won.
2013: Manchester United - won.

So for our friends down East Lancs...in ALL that time only one side who was top a Christmas has dropped out of the top 4.

You best be looking at others to drop out if you want in.

oh and Happy Christmas

Not a bad Christmas period for some of us:D A pity that Stanley couldn't keep their roll going but at least they didn't get beat, let us hope that they get straight back into winning ways:)
Deadwoods maintaining their usual standards - not winning:rolleyes:
Poor old scousers, if it isn't the chipmunk in trouble it is the Dodger himself:tongueout
Thought La Crème had given their old boys too much of a start but it all came right in the end, 3 points closer to the scousers and we have always started to pick up after Christmas. Whether Moyes can get a trophy is still wide open but one must remember it took SAF 4 seasons to get his first and then look at what has happened since then:alright:

Happy New Year to you all:D

Straws - clutching! ;) And a Happy New year to you too Barrie. :)

Straws.....winning three home games on the trot does not count as 'the Treble'

Yep you won Barrie, but if Hull had not scored for you. .........
keep dreaming, at least we did not lose 4-1 to City

To be perfectly honest Liverpool were robbed by very poor officials, Sterlings disallowed goal was well onside, but thats life.

Looks like the Swagger is back, against 3 formidable opponents, Hull who are in 12th, West ham 19th and Aston Villa 13th. In the old days you would have steamrolled them with out comment, but under the new regime you are over the moon. Good, for the rest of the footballing world long may it continue, I really do hope David Moyes stays for a long long time:alright:

Just found this, it might be of interest to some of you.

Everton David Moyes - Ten from Ten [DVD]: Amazon.co.uk: Film & TV

Although I preferred the reviews myself.....

I wonder if we will be treated to one in a few years from his present club?

Re: Mancie's Thread - The Road to the Titles

You scousers need to win tomorrow - we are hauling you back at quite a reasonable rate, if we carry on like this you will soon be trailing in our dust again, but of course that will be nothing new to you:tongueout
Agree that Sterling was onside, but it was the linesman at fault not the ref - the dodger is like too many of scouse supporters - opens his big mouth before engaging brain:alright:

Someone's being a bit chopsy tonight! 1-0 away at Norwich, suppose that'll do it though.
