The real issue now is; Do you rename the ground as 'Khan/Marsden' or 'Marsden/Khan'?

Perhaps "KHANDEN?

Something just isnt adding up & one can only presume that ew has every intention of winding up the club [even fans litterally] my worry is what can he do now presumably imo in spitefulness, cos Mr Khan & Mr Marsden are now guarantors for the debt which im sure they will sort if told the correct amount owed, to which i wonder if that has or is the case.

I was told exactly the same thing Jeff, it seems they never wanted the club to be saved but had their plans thwarted at the last minute - thank God! Anyone still think there shouldn't be a witch hunt against O'Neil & EW?

O'Neill has stated that he gave Whalley £100k to pay the taxman in 2008. How is he ever going to get that money back? If Stanley are not wound up he probably has no chance and if Stanley are wound up then any monies and assets removed from the Club before the Receiver gets there could be kept and sold to raise money for himself.

Extremely worrying if proved

Certainly if true. Company assets are deemed protected from the date of the petition, not the date of the court hearing, never mind the arrival of the liquidators. Any attempt to dispose of those assets has very serious consequences. I do not really think that EW would be crazy enough to hang around the club offices with a swag bag waiting for a call to strip the place out. If he was up there, I have my own theory why.

It's not a case of IF he was there, he WAS there along with Big Frank.
