From what I can gather that would be correct. However if a player gets sent off playing for the reserves he gets a ban from all football.

Is there a hearing for this tomorrow?? It says that we have until 13th Sept to reply, does that mean reply, or attend a hearing???

I think it just means the date by which you plead guilty or not guilty

:) Heard on radio Stanley are contesting the FA charge!!Stating that nether stanley or putterill new of the FA ban inplace before or after signing Ray:)

Yes, to the club secretary. They won't have written to Stanley it wasn't their player at the time.

So theoretically they were unaware of the offence/punishment & therefore didn't knowingly break rules ?

They should also inform the player, but there again they are footballer and are not renown for having brains, so probably wouldn't make any difference

Then on that basis the former club is a fault not Ray or Stanley. Reeks a bit this .

looks like my first post on this subject was not to far off the mark !
after jimmy bells comments in the paper , razor insists he was never informed of the suspension or signed any form.
It smells of a forged signature in my opinion
i have a little sympathy for the player as the alleged incident happened after the final whistle

We are due to play Stockport, sometime in the first week of October, we had until 13th Sept. to put in our reply/plee, anybody have any idea what is going on????
