As you know I'm not a Stanley fan but I like to see them doing well, but I feel sorry for all you genuine fans, seems the club use the mushroom syndrome on you, feed um with bullshine(for want of a better word) and keep um in the dark. Some one once said a weeks a long time in politics, but 4 years is pushing even the FL

Couple of points to add to the mix.
Firstly, you don't need warm weather to knock a wall down and bolt together metal, so cold weather should not stop the work.
Secondly, as someone suggested, the work will need planning permission. Minimum time to secure that, assuming plans are already drawn, neighbours consulted, additional traffic impact assessed, etc, etc, would be 8 weeks.
:(

No, it's wearily predictable and everyone knows it (although some won't admit it). We can only hope that Ilyas will be making his move eventually!

Don't think so Wyn an entirely different scenario, the real problems with a football club is money, don't think the Rovers are quite in that boat, leave that to the lies of United, Liverpool and West Ham who are in hock to the banks

And the banks are in hock to us taxpayers (apparently). So can't we sell one of the above clubs to some Chinese chicken processor and use the proceeds to build a new ground for Stanley, please?

strange how things pan out Accrington college will be 'Real deal' for football (From Lancashire Telegraph)

How good would it be for the Club to have links to that:)
