If you search for mr Carla's company in Google (Cala corporation) it shows the opening times of the company as permanently closed

Think at the moment it's more like who doesn't own a piece of Morecambe FC?!
What a mess - hope it can be sorted but at this rate, time's not gonna be on their side - feel so sorry for their fans, worrying times

The link in Baldy's post 103 explains where this Mr. Burnard sprang from. What a mess.

Graham Burnard has not got a great history. As of 2014 he's twice been declared bankrupt and forged his dying father's signature in a family feud over the family's estate

morecambe,s finance sounds like an agatha christie mystery. would need all the talants of miss marple and hercule piorot to sort out the real truth.

Anyone at a loose end on Saturday , the Shrimps are at home to Cambridge United and Skybet are paying for every spectator to have an award winning pie and a pint(or soft drink) on them.
There you are , about £6 in food and drink free !

Glad that everyone's been paid at last, we've been in that position & our lads seemed to adopt almost a seige mentality similar to how your lot seem to be.
Good luck with the rest of it, hope it can be sorted & you can get rid of the vultures flocking around your club & come out the other side (of course when you do all this lovey dovey, best of pals stuff will revert back to the usual banter:))

P.s. - thanks for the favour of keeping Orient 5 points behind us :)

And therein lies the answer as to why they keep signing ex Stanley players ... experience of not getting paid

Re: Morecambe

It seems that the courts have now decided who actually owns Morecambe FC, good news eh?

Well it might be if the new owner's company wasn't currently being investigated by Durham police for fraud! You couldn't make it up - lots more unravelling to be done before the mess is sorted by the looks of things
