Mr. Burnard, company is G50 Holdings based in north east somewhere. Sounds a terribly nice chap - previously been declared bankrupt twice, was in charge if Bedlington Terriers when they went bust & allegedly forged his dying father's signature in order to receive money from a will - lovely!

It is a mess and it goes back to the high court on 29/30 March.

Mr Burnard is an accountant/Tax adviser. Abdul is a client of his and in the last 4 months or so he has put £400,000 into Morecambe FC ! Diego has not put a penny in and yet is claiming he owns us !!

Its just amazing and a great credit to Jim Bentley with all this circus going on around him that we are now 6 points off the play-offs with 2 games in hand on them !

A judge said Mr Lemos had to pay more than £86k in costs by 5pm today but @BBCLancashire understands no money has been paid. #SHRIMPS

Shrimps website has official statement that Lemos's claims have been dismissed and Graham Burnard, apparently acting for Al-Hashami, is now the sole owner of G50 Holdings, which owns majority of shares. Life goes on in the murky world of football finances. Glad for Morecambe fans that they have something to watch next season.

Don't think they're out of the woods yet, this is the same Mr.Burnard who's been declared bankrupt twice & has been at the centre of other dodgy dealings, think best they can hope for is that he doesn't really want to own the club & finds a decent buyer for it sooner rather than later
