[QUOTE=andyd;1241524]Supposedly a meeting Wednesday about determining the start date for next season,

or a meeting just to decide when the next meeting will be to decide on it.

Facts of life.

a fact everyone should know by now. even with full houses at the wham stanley will always be in the bottom few of the food chain. however i,m sure there will be more bargains available for next season than ever before.

Out of interest; where has that been "published"??

EFL clubs have had no "official" word/ tip off. Fairly sure there wasn't a board meeting last week and there was no mention of next season's re-start date in last weeks EFL internal update.

On a EFL hub twitter site if you notice I did put supposedly.

If Jordan Clarke hasn't signed on the dotted line after tomorrow is that it or if nobody offered him an alternative could he sign later, or has any deal offered to be renegotiated?

Re: Next season??

A without doubt.

Still reckon 26 September is achievable and maybe with no restrictions.

Yes he will. Forwards are precious commodities and a club will take a gamble on him. You know ..... a bit like Coley did with Kayden Jackson.
Subtle difference being that Coley worked the oracle with Kayden and the price was right.
Hopefully Coley does it again but not with Bogle.

Without commenting specifically on Clark (no "e") on a general note if I were the club and there was no reaction to an offer I'd be waving him off - no renegotiation or offer to sign later.
I'm sure our management team will feel the same.
No one's bigger than the club.

Re: Next season??

With John Coleman saying he is going to work with a smaller squad will he still utilise the loan market, last season he went for 8 which when you can only have 5 in the squad is for Stanley a bit of an extravagance especially as I believe Baker Richardson was on quite big wages and did,nt play. Should imagine this season will be more cautious on the loan side.

Northampton will be joining us next year. 4-0 play-off winners against Jonny Maxted and Exeter. How frustrating it must be for fans to have your team at Wembley and not be able to support them!

Exeter don't have a lot of luck at Wembley, third time in four seasons they've been beaten in the play off final - maybe they were glad there weren't any fans there to witness it yet again?
