Interesting news indeed Glad to see the midfield maestro making a return to the Stanley fold - hope he settles in quick n easy and starts scoring from the corner flag again (or to be honest scoring from anywhere as long as he does or sets up a few for Evil )... Got him until Jan (unless Swansea pull the plug) - thatll do me. Great that Coley could do a deal and get him back here.....

That was in the Conference.

I saw Mannix at Grimsby and I saw quite enough of Ian in the League to form my own opinion as to what might be needed to constitute an adequate replacement. I have been watching football since 1966.

Perhaps we should both enrol on the Swansea message board and continue our debate there.

Where do I sign????

Re: Craney??????????

Swansea fans have a poll on whether the deal be made permanent:

Ian Craney...Should he stay or go?
Suggested By:
Get rid 90%
Keep him 10%
Looks like they don't want him down there

In fairness Kenny Jackett bought Craney then left pretty much straight away to join Stuart Pearce's coaching team at Man City. Martinez has come in and he's hardly had a game under him so it's not surprising the Swansea fans aint got such a good opinion of him.

Their loss our gain that's what I say. Let's hope the Clayton End can suck those corners straight in like before
