Don't worry I will not be taking up the ticket offer, the Clayton End is where I watch my football and I'm not one of the Songmasters just a singer. The fact does remain TM that one of your own feels the need to make a point with the ticket offer because in his words, "I am sick of people constantly slagging off our players why don't they occasionaly offer encouragement in the way of some vocal support, I saw those two kids being told to shut up last week and I was disgusted they are the clubs future". There is a lot more written in the e-mail but I think the point has been made.

Eh? I don't sit in the stand and never have. I always stand on the Whinney Hill terrace and more than once I've got into an 'argument' with people when they've been shouting abuse at players. One day I'll get myself in trouble.

Re: Impossible Dream

The one of your own refers to the non-singers.

What music and stuff? Are you attempting to change the subject?
Anyone who was there knows that the Lincoln drummer was crap

Edit: Sorry the thread is about music and stuff.

I know there is not enough noise from the Main Stand most of the time but it's certainly not quiet around the area we sit (just ask Dan )

I thought the drumming at Lincoln was very good, it got the crowd going. The Aldershot drumming was better though.

Re: Impossible Dream

I still think that the drum added an amazing atmosphere on the terrace, one that can't be replaced just by purley singing and clapping.

Might take a bit of learning ... so an easy option ...

"Cart On Stanley" fits the Pompey Chimes very well - as below.

Re: Impossible Dream

That would be a good one for the terraces, but not as good as Jerusalam ... a catchy and uplifting song, would really bring the atmosphere up and get the lads going

Bring me my chariot Cavanaagh of fire
