I can recall them coming in front of The Market Hall Cashy as I remember standing there watching it & also standing on the corner where The Commercial (Weatherspoons) is. I think they did come down...

Sad to report that Hendy passed away a few days ago, he had been back in the UK (Darwen) for treatment & all seemed to be going well too. His Funeral is next Thursday at 3pm at Pleasington...

What is the Governments Primary Responsibility?

I was wondering is there anything written in Parliamentary Law to actually state what the Primary or main responsibilities of the UK Government is?
