How odd! Probably done by someone who's never been there. We were in Richmond a few years ago and the keep is the only thing you can see from the market square in the centre of town. The rest of the castle is down by the river.

Re: Today in pictures

Today in Pictures, a walk around Castle Clough, as you would expect, lots of wet bits, steep bits, and brown bits. If you look at it from the Cameras viewpoint, ask yourself.....how did he get there......followed by why ! and then ask how far up the Plimsoll Line did the water go.

Grand-Daughter sitting this week-end so a run to Valkenburg in South Holland (for the Christmas market in the grottys) then a quick shufty over the way in Liege, Belgeekland!

In order, Valkenburg NL water is never far away, Valkenburg City gate relief - standard & cross process finish, US war cemetery & memorial at Margraten NL- the Mother - Airborne operations map - Pan of the Memorial walls, reflection pool & the Mother - Their final resting place, Pont de Liege, Liege Belgium (single colour mode), it looks drear & believe me ..... it was!
