We left around 72/73. We had been going back and forth to Blackpool over a coulpe of years before we left for good. I missed it, it took a lot of years to get use to leaving.

I'll just have to point out it was 1972/73 not 1872/73.

He didn't leave to go and build Blackpool Tower.

Lovely pics of the buses Doug, really took me back. I was well interested in the clock though. I used to meet my husband there when we were courting.

I am 47 years old and I feel like crying because one of the best Clubs in Lancashire can't keep them out of one end or put them in at the other.

Just to top things off our new signing embarrassed us today. It's like loosing your first bird, hurts like hell and you are left wondering how you'll cope with life. Stupid I know......But you never know, we always get over it don't we. :D
