What sort of things are you after?
I have a medallion, "Jubilee Of Incorporation Accrington 1928",
It has the coat of arms on one side & the town hall on the other.
Is this the sort of thing you're interested in?
(there is a piccy of it somewhere on site but I can't find it, it's probably in reply to one of your threads).
If it is, I'll probably be in Railway tomos so you can pick it up there.

There should be loads of stuff in the market cellars left over from the refurbishment, that could be used to diplay things on or in, some ot the stall holders might have sumat they want to get rid of. have you tried any of the shops that are closing to see if they have any display units that might go on the tip.

Hi, although I was involved at the very beginning, due to work commitments I have had to "back out" but am still very supportive of the whole scheme. The people in charge now are doing a brilliant job, so hope all who can will go along and have a look at the two rooms on the balcony in Accrington Market Hall.

Katex - if you had paid attention to your teachers at the High School, you would have a better understanding of the use of the apostrophe.

As there is only one Frank, it should read Frank's.

Whoops .. that apostrophe naughty fairy has been at it again ... altering my posts... ;):D

Quite right, only one Frank, nobody else like him.

Would be great to see some of our members at this lecture. :)
