Accrington Web - weather??

noticed only one set of footprints in the snow (Pic 3) .. must have been the paperlad dont folk go to work in your street (looks like it was daylight)

They where taken at 8-08 this morning not much gets moving round here till 8-45 when kids go to school
the one set of foot prints are from someone heading to express gifts.
not seen a paper lad round here for ages
the place in the road with not much snow is from a milk float that parks there most evenings
the rest of the cars are taxis

Ah , So it must have been a Pole or other Eastern European (just going of whats beeen said in other threads ) ;) :D

is that one of the streets between Blackburn Rd. and Hyndburn Rd. ( e.g. Persia st.) looks kind of familiar

Maybe living in the snow and ice is good for your health .... a member of the Inuit Rangers was recently decorated for his service by our Govenor General ... he is still an active member of the Rangers at the age of 88:eek:

Well, the bad news is in; Nova Scotia's Shubenacadie Sam, Ontario's Wiarton Willie, and Punxsutawney Phil of Gobbler's Knob, Pa. all saw their shadows:mad: So that will be six more weeks of winter .... Happy Ground Hog Day:theband:

Probably about 6" of white stuff here in Leeds. Kids and wife all got the day off, not muggins though:-(
