Have been in the outpatients up at royal blackburn this morning and in the ENT unit, the max fax unit, xray and a couple of other places i saw notices for questionaires for the patient to fill in but you would have to ask the receptionist for one but the notice also makes a point of saying that the patient seals the questionaire and so no one else sees it till its opened.

I was there today as well and never saw any questionaires, not saying they aren't there but they certainly aren't placed any where prominent.

Ironic or What? i have had 9/10 operations in the last 20 yrs n never seen a questionaire, i have had builders doing the project phoenix work fer last 4/5 weeks n had 2 of em.:rolleyes:

I only saw the notices i never asked for a questionnaire - i was more bothered in trying to find out if i'd fractured my skull or not .......

The problem is that some clown in Whitehall decided to apply the “just in time principle” that is used in the manufacturing industry to hospitals. But I know how they can solve the problem at a stroke. Sack some of the managers, and with the money saved open up a new ward and staff it with nurses etc. |
