Nothing there thats new then. If why dont get any we moan if we do we moan because of the chaos that it causes. Whatever we get or dont get we moan, and thats sad.

This country just can't cope with any weather. If it's sunny for 2 weeks we have a Hose pipe ban........and if it snow's a few flakes the country is heading for cover in doors and all transport, schools etc... stopped.

How come when we get a little bit of snow in this Country, everything grinds to a halt? Other countries that have loads of snow never seem to have the same problems.
