It does have remenants of the Holly & Jessica case which is what its reminding me of sadly as it seemingly did with the reporters in the media that reported their concerns over this man.

THe portugese man & german woman are anounced as witnesses to the enquiry with Morat being the prime suspect atm

I thought exactly same! The similarities are quite astonishing ... but I pray it doesn't end with the same conclusion ....

It is a quite scary thought & think maybe his mentality behind it was missing his own daughter or something on basis of what female abducters do one can only hope she is safe & well but hidden atm, praying shes found alive & well under the circumstances - well really hoping.

Think thats what got the british media concerned that this man was acting like Huntley, getting involved also finding out about the progress or being privvy to information, but this guy refused to have his picture taken for the papers & asked the journalist to delete it made her paticularly suspicious.

When I heard that last night I thought they need to check all properties that he has access to.

think what got british media concerned- the police wont tell em nowt. forgive my cynisism but i know people personally who have had unjustified crap from em. if it turns out to be the guy then ok, but people can ask to be "called suspects" in portugal if questioned, strange but true! but if the guy happens to be telling the truth @ innocent, then hes gonna have a crap life, for helping.

I know what your saying cashy....but I'm afraid if they didn't chase things up just in case they buggered someones life up then there would be next to no chance of ever finding this little girl alive. If he is found innocent then there should be no reason why this should have hinder on the rest of his life.

the thing is though, if people take it as- they got somebody at last, some will stop looking (people on holiday) etc, quite possibly and maybe not be as alert, and that helps no-one. aint saying they shouldn,t chase things up slinks, saying the press can be quite stupid.
