It would seem strange -- Accrington without Woolworths on Broadway!

That doesnt bother me, it was rubbish anyway, its only if New Look & Dorothy Perkins pull of Accy that i'll be gutted!!!

If any Woolies employees want a bit of friendly advice on what they are entitled to they can pm me ( been there twice myself) or contact the Citizen's Advice Bureau ...... don't believe anything you are told at branch level! Mention "protective award" and watch the gits start squirming ! :)

I think that it is well sad. The hairdresser at the top of Ossy restyled my hair whilst I was there in October which resulted in finding a set of hair straighteners. Where did I find them? Woolies, 40 quid reduced to twenty and as I'd won a tenner on the lottery............a tenner.

There will never be another shop like Woolworths. A good hairdresser though.
