Although it was originally an American company, the art deco frontage of many Woolies has been part of the British High Street for a long time.


It will be a sad day for Accrington, if and when it closes.

I agree. My doom and gloom probably helped it all along...........you didn't really have to explain the Spanish though.

Looks like the doors will close soon. The administrators are expected to announce a closing down sale tomorrow.
