So at what stage during the evening did this obviously intelligent woman decide she could negate responsibility for her own body? This case makes a mockery of the rape laws as far as I am concerned. :(

Bit odd how she was able to decided if she could manage 2 more bottles, but not able to have sex?

I think shes a two-bit lawyer trying to make a name for herself, by using a newish law and a poor scapegoat. She should be struck off and maybe stop binge drinking.

Yep, she should have taken a morning after pill, checked she had two kidneys, kicked the bloke out, vowed to drink less and chalked it up to experience.

thing about slags is that everyone knows their slags no matter how hard they try to cover it up with tales of woe and pitty

this woman is now going to be known as the slag that cries rape so no one is going to touch her with a barg pole form now on for fear of been arrested for rape

yup i have always said in cases of sexuall assault the guy should not be named until found guilty because mud sticks

there was a case similar to this in clayton back in 1995, a certain someone ( i wont name her, she's a slapper) accused someone i know, of rape, it turned out, he didnt rape her, they went to have sex and she thought her boyfriend might see her, so she cried rape, it was the second time she'd done it, the first time she had gone with a bloke and was wearing a dress that she had borrowed off a friend, the dress ripped in the process and she cried rape because she didnt want to take the blame for the dress ripping

the bloke that i know spent 4 months behind bars awaiting sentence...he was named and shamed for no reason and she kept her anonimity

That's the part that really gets my goat Bernie, what happened innocent till proved guilty, this guy's name will be dragged through the mud come what may, and if he's found not guilty, we still wouldn't know who the woman is, it stinks to me and always has:(

Just to be on the safe side have a pile of consent forms at the side of the bed, even funnier (and it's not a funny subject) was the one in Manchester were he had filmed it!

although it does actually happen if every man that woke up next to a minger cried rape the rape statistics would be more than quadruple what they are now pmsl

men dont tend to cry rape they simply sneak out before the minger wakes up ,changes his mobile phone number and prays to god that he didnt give his home address to them :)
