I knew there were some damn good reasons why I like the Canadians. :D

Like Canada, the UK produces only2 % of the worlds greenhouse gases....and now it is debatable whether these are actually repsonsible for climate change........credibility of the climate change brigade is melting faster than the polar ice caps....don't get me started, this is another subject that causes my hackles to rise.

always said the be green garbage was never about climate change but a way of convincing us that charging extra for things we need or enjoy is saving our planet.

Never seems to be high tax on things people dont enjoy or need does there ;)

The UK trying to stop global warming by washing tins out and energy saving light bulbs etc while USA and China do nothing is the equivalent of turning up after an earthqauke with a dust pan and brush

Yes you can if you wish ... but, for better or worse, ... and I think it's better .... I chose to be a Canadian. Never regretted it, never will. But, I'll never forget where I came from: Clayton, bottom end ... Lancashire.:alright:

Hell could you just imagine a politician saying that in this country, Pole Dance Polly in the Guardian, would be doing handstands down White Hall calling for him/her to be beheaded :eek:
