An Open Invitation to Cllr Britcliffe

It has come to my attention today that Cllrs Britcliffe and Haworth are rather upset at my posts on Accrington Web, with particular reference to those within the past 24 hours. I would therefore invite Cllr Britcliffe to come and join in the debates and balance out the arguments. I suspect it would make things much more interesting for readers of this forum and be a good opportunity to converse in a modern, pro-active way with the electorate.

Either you or one of your associates are reading Accrington Web postings on a regular basis so why not take part in the game rather than watch from the sidelines?

I for one would welcome the different viewpoint and the opportunity to debate regularly with the man who makes the policies for Hyndburn.

Because that is how a weasel works Ken.
Maybe he is annoyed with you because he can't stand the truth to be told about his underhand way of working.

If my memory serves me correctly he did once post on here but I think it was in the 'third person'......and his user name was oh so pretentious.

I would have thought you of all people would welcome Peter back to the forums with open arms!!!

The phonecall I got this morning implied that mighty wroth is the Leader of the Council regarding my Accyweb posts.

Always one to face my detractors I merely thought that inviting him to take a more active role, moving into the 21st century as it were, might soothe his troubled brow.

Possibly not, it seems....

We know that you are not allowed it in this Borough while Mr Britcliffe in charge of the council... ;)

Accy Web is a bastion of free speech. Certainly compared to Hyndburn Borough Council.

That's a cracker, from someone that prefers rumour as his tool compared to facts.

See all the Labour lackeys are out in force on this one, pity you hadn't the same enthusiasm when Blair and Brown were cocking things up big time on your behalf
