I went in for one of em buckets on the tele. It was ten quid. Came out and went to the butchers and got two real chickens for a fiver at the weekend.
Told that KFC get nine pieces out of one chicken and the chicken talks Dutch as it is imported from Holland chickens.

I wonder if they kill rats using the Halal method, i.e. grab it and cut it's throat without stunning.

about six months ago I collected a meal and took it home, on opening I promptyl tucked into a juicy chicken leg and then bit into what I could only descibe as bad!
I jumped in the car and took it straight back to the counter bypassing the queue on route. Manager called, sniffed dodgy bag of chicken and she promptly gave a verbal bashing to a young lad out of view from the queue, not been back since. By the way offered a refund, accepted and spent at the chinese takeaway

Sounds like you bit into that rat.

Colonel Sanders Kentucky Fried Rat! Yummy Yummy!!!

Still, I suppose it's better than some of the crap that's available around some of the other Accy fast 'food' joints.

KFC Accy's chips are soggy and quite chunky.

Hi Bee...what are the chips like in Blackburn & Burnley KFC's? Are they soggier, chunkier, longer or smaller?

I can confirm that the gravy in Accringtons KFC is not the right stuff as it does not taste like other KFC's

I've also heard rumours that the beans in Accy KFC don't have as much sauce as Burnley & Blackburn....surely this cannot be true?

...so is that preferable to being thin and crisp, or does quality take precedence over size?

They thicken it down there with man gravy.

I can think of nothing more important tthan that if downtown Accy is to be dominated by a motley mix of pound shops, charity shops and cheapo booze bars, then quality should be maintained.
