I do hope it's organic flour - just like their chickens.

The trouble with the KFC is it's location, sometimes when walking past I get the aroma of a really good meal being cooked only to be disappointed when I discover that smell is coming from the fire-stations kitchen not the plastic budgies grill range.

:(

The best KFC i've ever been to is in the Arndale in Manchester. The food is always consistantly good.

To be honest we would rather have a meal at Spoons as it's a lot more substantial.

Really I'd prefer Blackburn KFC rather than Accy KFC.

Wow, an actual thread on this.

Me and a couple of the lads yesterday thought it would be a good idea to go to kfc for some food after the football. Normally kfc in Accrington is known for not being that good but we thought after a couple of months of not going we would try it!

The first thing that struck you was the label on the door from the health and safety goverment or whatever saying that this was a grade 3 listed as clean. (1-5).

We walked in and i mean EVERY table was covered with peoples left over food, chips all over the floor etc. It was actually quite disgusting. However we went to place an order and the next thing you see is where the meals are prepared near to where the chicken is cooked there was chips all over the counters , popcorn chicken all over the floor over the counter etc.

The food tasted just as bad. Beans burnt, gravy tasting horrible. Chicken with no chicken on it.

The next thing you know is that all the rubbish from the back, scraps etc was put in bin bags and left next to tables and at the front of counters!

The staff are also useless in there and dont have a clue at all. Taking about 20 orders at a time when they cant even sort 1 out! Sort the people who have already ordered out already?

When we was in 4 people kicked off and complained through the drive through as they had not been given what they asked for!

Avoid it with the plague i say from now on! Its a shame as it could be good!

I don't like fast food generally but went to Kentucky on Hyndburn Road last week with my son. He didn't want to go through the drive through so we ordered inside. It looked a bit mucky but the lovely lady who served us couldnt have been more helpful although when we got home some of our order was missing, I do still like Kentucky Chicken though, it's a bit of a guilty pleasure although not even once tvery twelve months!
