Don't goats eat boots, fences, hankies, your hand, anything they can get their teeth into?
Cows milk sounds safer!

When I was just a slip of a girl(many moons ago) a neighbour kept goats........they ate Ma's drawers off the washing line and nibbled at the babys' nappies too....at least they were clean nappies!

I wouldn't try it if I were you mate, they can get very possesive about their sheep in Wales. You might find yourself on the recieving end of a very nasty eisteddfod.

As a student I spent a couple of summer working on a lesbian farm in Cornwall.

Part of my job was tending Ninny the goat.

She ate a pair of espadrilles, an antique oil painting, and the complete works of Truman Capote.

A goat with good taste? Just the sort I'd like!

She did.

It was a two year battle of wills.

She was very stubborn.

Ninny put up a good fight.

Though I eventually won.

I miss her.

I think that's why I like playing with the ninnies on here.

:rolleyes::D

Aparently Ken likes goats too. seems to be a popular pastime here in Rishton. Never fancied it myself, must be something in the water.
