Dear, dear, the camera does not lie. What on earth will she be like when i move to Spain? Probably get in practise for when she comes over to visit. I think she should change her job to counsillor for alchoholics, then she can counsel herself.

Strange that, because you always sit with us, we're on the cheap beer, the alcoholics are clustered around the bar with beer and whiskey chasers courtesy of the daily payments from the DSS.

I can't have more, unless, I can have my liver and kidneys removed and a stomach extension fitted, (I did have my leg's hollowed out a few years ago but now my knees have worn through and the leaks cause my ankles to swell).

Hehe ask shillelagh
but its a very strong drink that gets you drunk from the feet upwards so i am told

Absinthe is historically described as a distilled, highly alcoholic (45%–74% ABV) beverage. It is an anise-flavored spirit derived from herbs, including the flowers and leaves of the herb Artemisia absinthium, commonly referred to as "grande wormwood". Absinthe traditionally has a natural green color but can also be colorless. It is commonly referred to in historical literature as "la fée verte" (the Green Fairy).
Although it is sometimes mistakenly called a liqueur, absinthe was not bottled with added sugar and is therefore classified as a spirit. Absinthe is unusual among spirits in that it is bottled at a very high proof but is normally diluted with water when drunk but not allways :D

I have a rotten feeling that Mick and Less are encouraging AccyLass to drink. Not the other way round. Her drinking seems to be really out of hand now, 2 bottles and 2 pints and that's before she goesn on a course.

Excuse me? We have a tradition to uphold anyone can come and join us, they can drink as little or as much as they wish, be it soft drink or alcoholic, when it's time for them to go we wish them a fond farewell and wait for the next arrivals.

Besides, at something like £2.40p a bottle for WKD we would prefer her to be on Coke (£1.10p), when it's one of our rounds.

They do ... no respect for their youngers you know .... :D:D:D they did it to me ... i know em of old ... now im on orange and soda ...:D:D:D

derekgas 18-06-2009 08:50

Re: Today I met an Accywebber...

Is that not because you can fall over without a drink Shill? Orange and soda doesnt appear to prevent it, if you drank too, you would probably have more bruises... oh dear! I still think we need to wrap you up in cotton wool for your own safety, but put boxing gloves on you to a) protect your hands when you fall over, b) you can still give Mick and Less a thick ear without hurting yourself! :D

Mick 18-06-2009 08:56

Re: Today I met an Accywebber...

If Shill did drink proper drinks instead of the orange and soda she would not feel the pain as much so 1 pint of absinthe would be good

I want a rematch!!!! I did not see the result of this bout!!!

Vera 4/6 (mother is always right)

Accylass 2/1 (taking her mother on not a good idea)

Draw NO CHANCE

As for the dictionary I am getting that can be the prize for the winner.
