Be careful with that site, it only shows LCC schools so wont show Accrington Academy and the other non LCC schools in the area.

Personally I think LCC should list all the schools even ones that are not theirs. Would have been a nice gesture from our County Council that we pay for.

Then don't make a mistake. How hard is it to add a name to a website.

I also think parents should be able to register their name, mobile number and the school they are interested in and be sent a text when problems occur with the school by LCC.

I know a lot of schools do this but many don't. Again not a big thing to set up for our County Council or Local Education Authority. After all this is supposed to be the 21st century.

I can't believe the main point of contact is the local radio still. I bet a lot of people won't have a radio in the house when that goes digital as well.
