I can, it is on the canal adjacent to the bridge before you get to the boat repair docks at Altham It is an f1 hybrid and wont cultivate from seeds you have to layer the laces. Its Latin name is Slazenger Smellytrainorus but is referred to by its common name Pumps.

I did notice the sky tonight, it turned orange but I was a bit busy by then to take snaps. Nice colours.

Cheers Dave I was going to ask you if you knew where I could get seeds but I think you've answered that

Today in Pictures, a walk I have done many times before.

1. The skies are busy today.
2. Not be long before things are in full bloom.
3. Down to the reservoir we go.
4. A slow perambulation around the perimeter of the wet bits.
5. Halfway around now.
6. Almost at the bottom, the perimeter, not the water.
7. I should have brought a torch. No I shouldn't, it was due to pointing the camera at the sun.

you will have to leave the bush in situ, you will require a small plant pot with compost in, place the plant pot close to the laces and pin down a section of the lace into the pot without cutting it from the main stem. You could also try cuttings, but these are less successful due to the amount of canvas.

Mrs Church, has just got a job at The Glasshouse @ Stydd Gardens, Ribchester.

its a small eatery set in a greenhouse at Stydd Gardens, the setting is a little different, and its full of stuff to look at whilst eating, so they asked if i could take some photos whilst they were having a test run, so here are a few pics

enjoy

One comment - those chairs don't look very comfy! I'd need to bring my own cushion.
