Just four permanent residents ... and then there are the outdoor cats that feed on my front porch ... Toby, Wonky, Mischief, Clint, Ozzy (apart from Clint and Ozzy, who are kinda wild, they come inside on cold winter days)... and the coons, Raquel and Arbuckle ... Iggy the squirrel ... Carter, the Blue Jay ... only one dog at the moment; Hope, a deaf, elderly JRT ... of course, Molly, my hunting buddy, spends a lot of time here 'cause her human is real sick.

I like animals .... humans, not so much;):D

Beers is like broads. A guy's gotta dedicate his life to trying as many different ones as possible:alright:

I'll bow to your judgement on that one Eric. :)

Nice day today so we made the most of it -The Hound enjoying the woods - Reminder of a war time past (bomb crater) - The times, they are a changin' - Some relies. :)

1. Calf Hey Reservoir on a wet day, with low cloud. The remains of buildings you see date back to the rein of Elizabeth 1st.It was a cluster of farms, with looms, shippons, and barns. This is the remains of Hartley House, next to Lower Ormerods and East Cottages. If you look at the trees in the distance you can see them appear to be making clouds, it didn't last long.
2. Top side of the reservoirs.
3. Signs of previous occupations litter the site.
4. There is always going to be a fungi bit if possible.
5. And wet bits are never far away, remember, you have to be in it, to wet it.
6. Under that bridge is a fairy, I know as I was just under there.
7. One of the many streams with settlement ponds that feed the reservoirs.
8. For this one I am down in the wet grass, hands up if you have seen a purple one before.
9. Another stream with settlement ponds before it enters the reservoir.
10.The harsh environment on the heights shapes the trees.

Love the colour purple and the silhouette of the tree :)

Love the Nori brick clock! Great weather you seem to be having - it was bitterly cold here today, with snow not too far north of where I live.
