Father dear & Bev are over again so it's time for a family hoolly & the ubiquitous trips to the spotter regions. :D
Our Lad & his Girlfriends new Pooch (Deutsche Dogge 14 weeks old which managed to widdle 3 times & poop once while it was here, ah the joys of pups :rolleyes:) -Up at Emden & a Puppy training group - Looking at the inner harbour - Emdener Tor, the Heureka & Rathaus - Heading off to the big boats - The spotter squad - After an hour bobbing about heading back to the jetty - then round the outside, oh look another boat - Heading home via Leer, the historic museums ship "Bertus Freede" an old Tug put in an appearance. :) |

My uncle learn to fly in Canada during the war. He returned home after the war and after getting married he returned to Canada and has been there ever since. Both him and Hilda are still alive and I sent him the Lancaster photos. They live top of Gore road RR2 Kingston Eric. |

I returned from my evening refreshments at about 9PM and the 400mm lens I used for the Lancaster photos was still on the Nikon so I popped it through the window and snapped the moon, I didn't bother with a tripod but if it is as clear tonight I will use a 800mm lens and tripod. Maybe see the flag the Yanks are supposed to have left there.
