........has everyone got on there pc and how much?
 ...like virus and spyware an adware protection!

AVG - Virus
Zone Alarm - Fire Wall Pest Partol - Adware - Spy Bot S&D - adware, spyware ect. Registary Mechanic & PC Optimiser - Fix certain problems. Driver Detective - Make sure drivers are all upto date.

always use protection when on the net and make sure your modem connection is protected propperly

I have Norton thats provided by BT. If you have an anti-virus firewall antispyware etc whether it is free or payed for there should be no issues provided it updates regular. Mine searches automatically at fixed intervals. In the past I had free AVG and that also updated regularly.
