Real thanks goes to Jase and the kids for stopping and going through their phone book ringing everyone and anyone at stupid am to see who would answer their phone. Just glad I didn't have my phone on silent this morning, unlike Lucy!!!

Hope they are both going to be ok. Will let you know tomorrow xx

Well for what you did I just hope 7 is one of your lucky numbers :D

Re: Rochdale Sponsored Walk

thank you very much to everybody who joined in the 'fun'

it became more difficult than it needed to be due to the near monsoon conditions (well not quite but it was wet) and now my phone wont work. 67 people were on the walk which was very creditable given the conditions and how the SOS capaign has ended up.

Thanks to KSH for doing the sponsor forms
Thanks to Danny for doing the support car
Thanks to ASDA for supplying the water and bananas
Thanks to The Brown Cow for lunch and sambuca
Thanks to 2BR for offering a radio interview that i couldnt do as my phone drowned whilst on the moors
Thanks for nothing to the weather gods.

So chaps and chappessess lets have your money in please.

Thanks, Macca, for pulling everything together so impressively - a memorable day out. Suffering today though with 2 black big toe nails and a bad back.:(

I won't be able to collect my money until the week after next as the majority of my sponsors I work with and I'm off now for a week.

is that for recovery time?

I can barely move at the moment. All eight little toes hurt, one kneecap, both shins and my back.

I wish i wasn't such a fat git!

I was aching last night, but today I'm pretty much ok. I don't get to choose my holidays, I just have to take them when I'm told. Mind you, a week to recuperate won't go amiss lol
